We strongly reject unfair interviews and discriminatory grading policies. The written test itself was a sufficient measure of merit and capability; now, the appointment orders should be issued directly in a transparent and just manner without any further hurdles.
The prolonged delay of three years has only brought unnecessary suffering, stress, and injustice to the deserving candidates. We, the IBA test-pass candidates for BPS-5 to BPS-15, have become victims of repeated postponements, indecision, and lack of accountability.
Our demand is simple and fair: immediate restoration of the process and issuance of orders without further excuses.
